R&B singer Usher Raymond and singer Alicia Keys have been hit with a lawsuit from an upcoming songwriter, who claims the pair stole Usher's hit song "Caught Up."
The single, which shot to 21 on Billboard's Pop Singles charts when it was released in 2004, was produced by Dre & Vidal.
Hip-Hop super producer Dr. Dre has revealed that he is hanging up the microphone after the 2011 release of his highly anticipated album Detox.

A 34-year-old Newark, New Jersey man has been arrested and charged with murdering Robert “Screw” Montanez, road manager for R&B singer Akon.
