According to reports, Dr. Dre's long awaited album Detox will land in stores in February, although that release date has yet to be confirmed by Dre's label Aftermath, or its distributor, Interscope/Universal.

Police have charged Almalik Ward, 34, with the shooting death of Montanez, who was gunned down outside of a New Jersey bar on December 16th, 2004.

DMX Arrested For Cocaine Possession

DMX, who was arrested earlier today, was allegedly in possession of cocaine when he was apprehended by Arizona authorities.

The rapper was subsequently charged with a myriad of offenses related to use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments and driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine.
